Restraint as method
Modern painting on paper sticks to what is essential: form, color, balance. Modern-style paintings on paper are for sale here, and the bright sheet remains visible as a quiet partner of the composition.
Modern positions give up narrative and let planes, lines and proportions speak. On paper this becomes especially clear, since the bright ground stresses every decision. A single strong stroke is enough to order the sheet.

In the room and at the desk
Modern sheets fit into offices, living rooms and practices because they do not dictate a mood. A slim wood frame and plenty of white space are the classic choice. Prices run from under 500 euro to large-format sheets at 2,000 to 5,000 euro.
Keeping technique in view
Whether acrylic, gouache or ink, ask about the paint, the paper type and whether the sheet is mounted. Especially with mixed-media works, the right framing depends on these details.
