Direct and strong in color
Oil pastel makes color-intense pictures from simple means. Paintings with oil pastel under 500 euro are for sale here, as small studies, sketches or finished sheets that win with clarity and a strong stroke.
Oil pastel sticks are handled like wax crayons but are finer and more luminous. One layer already covers, several layers can be blended or opened again by scratching. The pictures that result feel spontaneous but can be carefully built.

The tier under 500 euro
With originals, smaller formats and works on paper are common here. If you like classical motifs, stop by Classical, and if you prefer canvas, by acrylic on canvas. The description should name the support.
Protection for waxy layers
Frame with a mat behind glass so the color does not touch the pane. Warmth makes the surface soft, so a spot beside the stove does not work. With a margin of a few inches, even a small sheet feels generous.
