Originals in this selection, Style Collage, 1,000 to 2,000 euro.
When paper becomes color
Collage brings the foreign into the picture: newspaper scraps, sheet music, fabric remnants, or photo paper become part of the painting. Paintings in the collage style for sale in the 1,000 to 2,000 euro range reward anyone who enjoys layers, breaks, and chance.
In collage, found pieces merge with painting. Paper, cardboard, cloth, or metal foil is cut, torn, glued, and painted over. Edges that stay visible and text that can be half read give the picture a narrative undertone without prescribing a story.

Dense pictures, clear space
Collages are detailed and call for closeness. A calm background and enough viewing distance from furniture let the many details count. In hallways or between windows, good light is needed that also shows small edges.
Glue, paper, condition
Watch which materials were used, such as paper or mixed techniques like mixed media. Thin papers yellow with time, so acid-free adhesive and protection from light make sense. Ask about the type of support and varnish.
