Image, letter, sign
Graphic, illustrative, and typographic painting joins image and sign: outlines, lettering, flat figures, and patterns share one canvas. Paintings in this direction for sale in the 1,000 to 2,000 euro range suit those who like clear lines and narrative elements.
This painting works with the vocabulary of poster, book illustration, and lettering. Forms are simplified, colors mostly sharply bounded, and letters themselves become motifs. The pictures therefore read almost like pages of an open book, only larger and bolder.

A conversation piece
Because lettering and figure bind attention immediately, such paintings suit hallways, kitchens, and studios where visitors stop. Hang them at eye level so that even small lettering stays readable. A slim black frame underlines the graphic.
Technique and surface
Work is mostly done in acrylic on canvas or oil on canvas, since fields can be filled cleanly. Ask about dimensions, depth, and painted edges, and about a protective coat that shapes the gloss and feel of the fields.
