From draft to statement
A worked drawing in graphite joins craft and attitude: it is conceived as finished and yet open to gazes. You can buy graphite drawings for sale here, also as abstract works or at the level under 500 euro.
Where a sketch searches, the drawing decides. Light and dark are distributed, edges set, details checked. Graphite makes this process visible because each layer leaves a trace and the sheet slowly gains depth. Because more time is invested in the sheet than in a sketch, long looking pays off too: the impression deepens the more often you stand before it.

The sheet alone
A drawing needs no ring of other pictures. It can hang as a single piece on a free wall, especially well near reading light. Mat and frame should not outvote the drawing.
Small things that help
Note format, paper and signature. If the sheet belongs to a group, ask about the others. Single pieces can often be sensibly added to later.
