Carrier and process
Besides classic photo paper there are works on fiberglass, which are light, dimensionally stable and frameless. Choose by room and light: paper looks soft, a firm carrier like an object.
A view of style and technique
If you are looking for color, see color photographs, and if you want it unaltered, straight photography. Impressionist and gestural works complete the picture. Check edition and signature. Plan transport and hanging for larger works as well. A print with a wide margin and mat needs secure support, and a carrier like fiberglass requires a suitable fixture on the back. Ask about it beforehand so nothing surprises you in the end.
