Color in a state of emergency
Expressionist paintings make feeling visible, with paint that screams, mourns or dances. You can find expressionist oil paintings from 5,000 to 10,000 euro for sale here, with force and concentration on a large scale.
Here contrast meets contrast: vermilion against violet, yellow against deep blue. Figures and landscapes distort so that the inner life can come out. In oil such moves gain weight and luminosity that keep their strength after years.

The room gets a voice
A large expressionist picture changes the effect of a room at once. It needs space to breathe and ideally a neutral wall without pattern. Hang it in a room where you consciously seek the energy, such as a studio, salon or office.
Documents and condition
Have signature, date, technique, dimensions and certificate confirmed. Thick layers of oil call for careful transport, so questions about packing and drying state matter. Notes on varnish help with care planning.
