Originals in this selection, Expressive and gestural, Material Ink, under 500 euro.
Swing that stays put
Expressive, gestural painting in ink keeps the swing with which it was made visible: splashes, pulls, gradients. Anyone who wants to buy such paintings for sale under 500 euro is looking for sheets and canvases full of energy.
Ink reacts immediately to speed and pressure. A broad brush pull leaves a trail, a drop a dark core with a light halo, a tilted ground lets lines run. All of this is intended in this direction and carries the picture.

Room for force
Gestural works need surface, even at small formats. Hang them alone or in a loose group and give them some distance from glossy furniture. A plain frame in black or oak keeps the energy in the picture.
Technique and description
Look at support material, signature, and dating. Whether painted on paper or canvas noticeably changes the character: paper takes up ink like a sponge, canvas lets it sit longer. Under 500 euro, small to medium formats are usual.
