Originals in this selection, Mixed-media, Paper, 1,000 to 2,000 euro.
Many tools, one sheet
Mixed media on paper brings chalk, ink, paint and sometimes found objects together on one sheet. If you want to buy mixed-media paintings on paper in the 1,000 to 2,000 euro range, you can look for works where every layer carries its own handwriting. These originals are for sale as single sheets.
One sheet can hold pastel strokes under acrylic, graphite over ink and wax over watercolor. The paper has to be strong for that, so heavy handmade stock or mounted sheets are common. The texture between layers stays visible, and that is the appeal.

Reading the technique line
Note which materials are listed. Loose pigment needs fixative, wax dislikes rubbing, and ink does not like constant daylight. The clearer the details, the easier it is to plan care, and the better you can match a frame.
In the room and the budget
Between 1,000 and 2,000 euro, originals often include developed series pieces or larger single sheets. A wide mat border separates the layers visually from the wall color and gives a dense piece the room it needs.
