A map made of white
In an abstract plaster picture, surface and furrow play the lead and color is a guest. Anyone looking at abstract paintings with plaster for sale finds works the eye reads like a relief map.
Plaster keeps every movement of the hand: a finger stroke becomes a groove, a spatula pull becomes an edge. Abstract artists use that to create rhythm, waves, grids, cracks. The color tone often arrives with restraint, as a glaze or a wiped trace.

Mood at home
A white plaster relief suits rooms of nature and calm. Over the course of a day it is drawn anew again and again, depending on where the sun stands. Hang it where you see it in the morning and in the evening.
