Hand instead of printer

Lettering as a picture element
Letters, words and rows of numbers become pattern. A word in charcoal looks different from one in oil pastel or graphite. Check whether the lettering is legible for you and suits the room.
Hanging and framing
Graphic sheets profit from clear frames. A white frame and white mat let contrasts stand, a black frame strengthens them. Ask about material and fixing, as charcoal and chalk are delicate. Some graphic pieces are meant for a specific format, such as square or very tall. Ask about hanging direction and whether the sheet also works turned sideways before you have it framed.
