Please add new artwork regularly, at least once quarterly.

We recommend the following

Regularly check your listings and ensure that all artworks listed are present. Artworks that have been stored for a long time can, for example, get damaged or lost. Therefore, keep track of all works listed and ensure that you will ship them as quickly as possible in the event of a sale.

Promptly mark artworks that have been sold elsewhere as "sold" as soon as possible. This is especially important if you sell across multiple websites. This reduces the risk of having to cancel orders because the work was sold elsewhere.

Regularly check your shipping costs to ensure that the shipping costs stated are as accurate as possible. No further payments are possible after placing your order. Please note this.

If your payment or address details change, you must update them in your account to avoid any problems with payments or returns.
If you move, you must notify us as soon as possible so that we can assist you with changing your shop location if necessary.
