When a customer buys from you, everything is handled transparently:
Artplaner first receives the purchase amount including shipping costs. You immediately receive all relevant sales information and carefully pack your artwork. Then you commission the shipping service provider and enter the shipping details in your account.
After the 14-day cancellation period has expired, we pay out your sales proceeds plus shipping costs to you about 4 weeks later, minus our commission. If a customer makes use of their right of return within 14 days of receiving the artwork, we organize the collection and return shipment to you. Artplaner covers the return shipping costs.
Keep your shop active: upload new artworks regularly – ideally at least one per month. Use the updates feature to inform your followers about news and stay on their radar.
