Statement

As a diary keeper, I have always been fascinated by how my personality evolves over time. I realize that I am not the same person I have been years ago and I seek to figure out what exactly shaped this change.

My goal is to find and capture the chronotope of the moment when perception shifts and our consciousness briefly becomes visible. In this sense, my works are visual diaries, tracing a moment of transformation in our minds.

In our era of AI-based knowledge I return to books as a source of fragments and archives of collected human wisdom. To create a story in my painting, I lay carefully chosen book pages from my own private library as a background of accumulated thoughts behind the central figure and add the rhythm of movement.

These collage-like layers show complex fragmented histories that shape individual identity. Red threads reveal connective or restrictive forces: symbols of fate, control or attachment.

I see the evolution of consciousness as a necessary condition for personal and collective development. I hope that my art will contribute to this process.
