This new oil painting belongs to the 'Reflections' series. Watercolor studies made in-situ in Sanary-sur-Mer helped me to realise it. The minimalist treatment using flat areas of color, retaining only the essential elements, gives it a semi-abstract appearance. The technique used, successive thin layers of semi-transparent paint, makes it very luminous. It is ready to hang. The sides are painted black for presentation.
