Reduction in hard rock
An abstract piece of granite shows reduction in its hardest form: surface, edge, hole, nothing more is needed. Abstract granite sculptures for sale at 1,000 to 2,000 euro suit anyone who wants stone with a clear stance.
Granite allows no accidents. Every surface the sculptor lays out stays, every curve has to be intended. Abstract works therefore emphasize proportion and rhythm: a slit in the block, a soft sweep, a single polished plane in a rough body. The contrast between glossy mirror and grainy edge brings out the colors of the stone, from quiet gray to reds and blacks.

Garden, entrance, hallway
Pieces like these look good in front of hedges or white walls, where their outline stays legible. Plan a firm foundation. The stone is weatherproof, and moss may stay or can be removed with a soft brush. Ask in the description about weight and surface treatment. Ask for the type, because red, gray and black granites look very different in a room.
