Color without an object
Pure fields of color, gradients, reflections on water and glass: abstract color photography is painting with light. If you want abstract photography in color for sale, you can look from 500 to 1,000 euro up to 1,000 to 2,000 euro.
In abstract color photography the chord of colors moves to the front. A picture can consist of blue and orange, of greens with rust brown, or of almost monochrome gradations. The choice of colors sets the tone. Pictures succeed especially when two or three colors wrestle with one another and no single tone drowns out the rest.

Wall color and picture color
Put a boldly colored photo on a neutral wall so the tones do not drown. A thin black frame gathers the colors, white opens them up. If you like it livelier, hang two photos from related palettes side by side.
Technique in the fine print
With intense colors, gamut and paper matter. Pigment print on matte paper looks soft, a print behind acrylic glass looks luminous. If you want to know the material, look under ink. Edition and dimensions should always be stated.
