Originals in this selection, Minimalism, Material Watercolor, 1,000 to 2,000 euro.
Large area, small gesture
On large paper, minimalist watercolor from 1,000 to 2,000 euro reaches a stillness that orders the whole room. If you want minimalist watercolors in this price tier for sale, you will find large sheets with a few, surely placed fields of color.
The larger the sheet, the more a single field of color demands from the painter: the brush has to cross the paper in one pull so no starting points show. When that works, the gradient feels like a breath. Paper white is as much picture content as the paint itself.

A counterweight to furnishing
A large minimalist work relieves crowded rooms and sets an endpoint in clear ones. It goes with concrete, oak, linen and glass. Choose a wide mat border that frames the emptiness further.
Notes for inspection
With a work this reduced, material quality decides. Have the paper type, weight and kind of framing described, and ask for a photo in raking light that shows the surface.
