Surface with stance
Minimalism in large format feels like a painted breath. You can find minimalist acrylic paintings for sale from 1,000 to 2,000 euro here, made of plane, color and stillness.
When only a rectangle, a stripe or a gentle gradient is visible, execution decides: evenness of color, sharpness of the edge, quality of the ground. Acrylic can be built up in thin layers until the surface looks almost velvety. With minimalism in large format the wall color plays a strong part. On white a colored field looks like a window, on gray like an object. Hold a color sample against the wall if you are unsure.

Breadth in the room
Large minimalist pictures need wall and distance. A room with clear lines and few pieces of furniture lets them carry. Hang them low enough to connect with the room.
Details to check
Check edges, stretcher depth and the back. With reduced pictures, care shows in the small things.
