Stillness with tension
Metaphysical painting shows empty squares, long shadows and objects standing around as if forgotten. If you want metaphysical acrylic paintings in the range of 5,000 to 10,000 euro for sale, you are looking for pictures of unsettling calm.
Arcades, towers, mannequins or tools stand in a light that belongs to no time of day. The effect depends on smooth gradients and clearly set shadows. Acrylic delivers both when the surface is built in thin, even coats. Anyone drawn to this direction appreciates picture spaces that recall stages: tidy, still, and with exactly one detail that raises questions.

A riddle in the living space
Such pictures unfold in quiet rooms, above a desk for example, or in a dining room with little decor. An even, slightly cool light supports the impression that time has stopped.
Detail questions before buying
For 5,000 to 10,000 euro, originals are often carefully composed, larger canvases. Ask whether the surface was varnished afterward, since smooth shadow passages react sensitively to fingerprints and dust.
