Originals in this selection, Comic, Material Acrylic, 2,000 to 5,000 euro.
Outline and flat color
Comic painting borrows the language of panels: thick outlines, flat color, speech bubbles and sound effects. If you want comic paintings in acrylic between 2,000 and 5,000 euro for sale, you are after picture worlds that need humor and craft discipline at once.
A good comic painting only looks easy. Behind it stand taped edges, several mixed tones and a surface that stays closed without brush streaks. Acrylic is the right material for that, since it sits matte and opaque.

Pop in living spaces
Comic motifs fit kitchens, studies and hallways as well as living rooms, because they hand you something to talk about. A light, calm background on the wall keeps the bold outlines from getting heavy. They also work in kids’ and teens’ rooms, as long as the motifs suit your household and the hanging is chosen to be stable and secure.
Size and price band
In the range of 2,000 to 5,000 euro, original works are often large formats and consistently developed series. Note the picture height and check whether your wall can carry the presence of life-size figures.
