Signs of the times in oil
Pop meets oil paint on a large scale: the picture works like a poster and still carries the weight of a canvas. Urban and Pop oil paintings from 2,000 to 5,000 euro are for sale here, with plenty of presence.
Logos, faces, comic figures, lettering: pop quotes the images that surround us every day. In large format and oil they become a painting you no longer flip past. Strong colors and contrasts give it force, fine brush marks give it character.

Placing it boldly
A large pop painting can define a whole room. It works in lofts, lounges, restaurants and homes with a taste for statements. Combine it with restrained furnishing so the picture keeps the lead role.
Notes for collectors
With pop especially, proof that the piece is a hand-painted one-off is worthwhile. Signature, date, certificate and photos of details help. Ask also about lacquer or varnish, because glossy areas call for suitable lighting.
