Stillness with a surface
Mixed media gives metaphysical painting a surprising grain: sand in the ground, paper in the sky, pigment in the shadows, and the stillness gains structure. Metaphysical mixed-media paintings for sale between 5,000 and 10,000 euro are best chosen by material choice and interplay.
Where pure paint would be smooth, a fine touch arises here. A square made of sand feels dry and old, a sky of paper fibrous and quiet. The material strengthens the atmosphere without disturbing the clear structure. Depending on the mix, structure steps back or defines the picture, yet the geometry always stays legible.

Light and shadow in the picture
Because textures cast real shadows, the picture changes with the room light. In the morning it looks cool, at night warm. If you like the change, hang it opposite a window; if you want calm, choose an evenly lit wall.
To clarify before buying
Ask about binders, protective layers and weight, especially with sand content. A frame with spacing protects the relief. Have detail shots of the surface shown to you.
