Originals in this selection, Mixed-media, Material Charcoal, 500 to 1,000 euro.
More than one material
Charcoal in mixed media becomes the drawing inside a painting that also knows paint, collage and wax. Mixed-media paintings with charcoal from 500 to 1,000 euro are for sale here, densely layered and yet readable.
Alongside the charcoal many artists work with acrylic, ink, pastel or paper pieces. The charcoal ties the layers together like handwriting. Where it breaks through color, lines appear that lead the eye through the picture. If you like variety, this mix offers many quiet pictures and many loud ones.

What the tier offers
From 500 to 1,000 euro, originals often mean mid-sized formats with several layers. It matters that the description names all materials, because they determine care and framing. A box frame protects relief and adds depth.
Furnishing and light
Mixed-media works need a stretch of wall that belongs to them alone. A plain bright room with even light is ideal. Avoid kitchen and bath, because steam and grease attack charcoal and pastel.
