Almost nothing, placed exactly
In minimalism every stroke decides the whole sheet, and charcoal turns leaving things out into a visible gesture. Minimalist charcoal drawings for sale are found under charcoal or in the tier under 500 euro.
A circle, a line, a gray bar: often that is all it takes. Charcoal brings a soft texture to a strict principle, since even the straight line has a visible grain. Paper and drawing stand side by side as equals, and empty space becomes the lead actor.

Clear wall, clear view
Minimalist sheets need distance from other pictures and furniture. Hang them alone, or in a row with even spacing. A slim white mat with a slightly wider bottom edge feels calm. Since every mark counts, look for notes on handling and fixing so that no fingerprint disturbs the sheet.
Check frame and paper
In minimalist work every flaw shows. Watch for creases, foxing and scratches near the edge. Good listings give dimensions including paper margin and say whether the sheet arrives framed.
