Searching, not describing
Abstract sketches in pencil are a search for form in real time: you watch an idea condense out of strokes. You can buy abstract pencil sketches for sale here if the open-ended interests you more than the finished.
An abstract sketch does without subject and explanation. Circles are started, lines pulled through, dropped, overlaid. The trace of each decision stays visible, and that is what gives the sheet its tension. Precisely because nothing is explained, everyone can decide what to see in the lines: a landscape, a mood or simply pure movement on paper.

Several together
Sketches are rarely loud, which is why they work in groups. Three or four sheets in matching frames, hung at spirit-level spacing, make a little picture wall you can extend later.
Questions on the sheet
Note the paper type and the edge trim from the description. A cleanly cut edge is easier to frame than a torn one, which in turn has more character.
