This oil painted on a linen canvas represents a Sevillana dancer. It was based on watercolors and sketches madein situ at' la Romeria de Mauguio', a popular dance festival in the south of France. In this work I was interested in the gestures as well as the swirls of the traditional dress of the dancer. This work is ready to hang and can be framed upon request. The sides are painted black for presentation.
