Cut and polish
Modern stone is quiet, exact and free of ornament: it shows what a block can do when you give it time. Modern stone sculptures for sale deserve a look at planes, edges and weight.

Entry and build up
Many modern stone pieces begin in the 1,000 to 2,000 euro band, with tabletop formats and compact sculptures. Larger formats and elaborate fabrication appear in higher price classes.
Place and protection
A solid spot is a must: furniture with reserve capacity, a plinth with a secure base. Put felt or cork underneath so wood does not get scratched. Ask about the type of rock and about cleaning notes, especially for polished surfaces.
