Found piece meets paint
Collage is painting with found pieces: paper, fabric, sheet music and photo scraps are embedded in acrylic and reworked. Here you find collage paintings in acrylic for sale that join surface and relief and give plenty to discover up close.
Acrylic gel works as adhesive and varnish at once. Scraps are laid on, painted over, sanded back. This produces picture zones hovering between quotation and painting that raise questions: what is painted, what is found, and what is merely staged?

Browsing by technique and price
For a closer search, switch to acrylic and collage on canvas or to mixed media. For budget, bands such as under 500 euro or 2,000 to 5,000 euro point in the right direction.
Paper, acid and time
Pasted paper ages differently. Acidic newsprint yellows, acid-free papers stay stable. A UV-protective varnish helps, and raking light shows whether edges are cleanly bonded. Feel free to ask the artist which materials were used.
