Area meets flow
Abstract painting in acrylic on canvas with ink shows two sides of the same material: area and line, coverage and flow. Such paintings are for sale here, with compositions that do without objects and still have footing.
On canvas, acrylic lays down calm, opaque fields over which ink runs or into which it sinks. Sometimes a fine net of cracks and edges appears, sometimes a soft gradient. Both are intended and shape the character of the picture.

Canvas in the living space
Abstract canvas pictures do not necessarily need glass, which makes their effect more immediate. They fit walls where an oil painting might hang, yet take up light differently: more matte, with more delicate shadows.
Practical notes
Ask about stretcher bars, edge, and varnish. A painted edge allows free hanging, an unpainted one calls for a frame. With mixes of acrylic and ink it is also worth asking whether the ink was sealed so it will not fade.
