Everything may go on the surface
Mixed media gives expressionism every freedom: scratching, gluing, overpainting, spraying. Anyone seeking expressionist mixed-media paintings with spray paint for sale wants pictures with many layers and plenty of temperament.
Expressionist mixed technique combines spray paint with oil pastel, charcoal, paper or sand. The surface becomes a site of traces: scratched, wiped, painted over. The more layers, the more depth, and the order can often be read at the edges.

Reading the description closely
Because many materials come together, precise information matters: which paints, which support, which sealing? Mixed techniques react differently to light, moisture and touch. Ask if any detail is missing, especially for paper and sand.
A place in daily life
Such pictures want to be seen, not overlooked. A spot you pass and occasionally stop at suits them, for example a hallway, a landing or a free wall in the living area. The frame can be plain or left out altogether.
