Opaque and diffuse
Acrylic gives the abstract spray picture body, and aerosol paint gives it breath. Anyone seeking abstract acrylic paintings with spray paint for sale finds surfaces swinging between brush and mist.
Abstract pictures often alternate zones of strong acrylic and diffuse spray mist. The opaque paint gives the eye a hold, while the mist lets it rest. That gives the picture a rhythm best revealed by longer looking.

Thinking of color in the room
Abstract works take on the tone of a room. A blue gradient cools, a red accent warms, grays calm. Think beforehand about which mood you want, and hold color samples against the wall before deciding.
Choosing a support, caring for it
Acrylic with spray paint often appears on canvas, sometimes on wood or paper. Canvas is light and stable, wood firmer and heavier, paper behind glass delicate. Ask about the support and protective varnish, and dust dry only.
