Thought from the support
Acrylic is the most flexible of the paints and lets painters choose between canvas, wood, paper or metal. Acrylic paintings for sale in the 5,000 to 10,000 euro range let you compare styles from abstraction to pop and typography.
Every ground brings its own texture. Aluminum delivers smoothness and gloss, wood warmth and hardness, paper softness. Painters choose them deliberately, because they co-determine the effect of the paint. For this reason they are often painted in series or as a pair that can hang side by side.

Spectrum of styles
Especially common are abstract pictures, graphic, illustrative work and urban and pop. Add in-between forms with acrylic paint in many consistencies. Whoever wants a wall piece that radiates warmth looks to wood; whoever likes coolness looks to aluminum and gloss.
Aids to decide
Measure the wall, check weight and hanging, and ask about protective coat and the back. At this price band, certificate, signature and a precise description of the support are usual. Notes on UV resistance are also sensible, since strong colors can fade earlier in plenty of sun.
