Quiet drama
Abstract graphite needs no motif and relies on density, direction and shimmer. You can find abstract graphite paintings for sale here if you prefer a picture that shows atmosphere over object.
Where graphite lies dense, it looks almost black and gleams like slate. Where it stays thin, the paper shimmers. From these contrasts abstract artists build horizons, clouds and vibrations without naming anything. The viewer adds what he sees.

Orientation by price
If you are looking for larger formats, 1,000 to 2,000 euro offers first reference points. There is no rule of thumb for questions of care and fixing, they depend on the support. On paper, glass helps, on panels, a varnish.
Placing it in the room
Graphite pictures suit concrete, dark wood, leather and metal. A hallway with raking light or a study with a warm spot brings the shimmer to life. Keep distance from radiators.
