Between wall and room

Light helps shape it
Reliefs change over the day. Flat in the morning, with long shadows in the evening. Plan the hanging so light falls across the surface from the side, not head-on, so the depth stays visible.
Weight and hanging
Ask for dimensions with depth and for the weight. Wood and plaster are heavier than they look, and the wall must carry that. A good relief comes with a stable fixing on the back that is simple to mount.
