Stroke, hatch, blot
Drawing with pen and ink means giving up the eraser and trusting the line. Pen and ink drawings in the mixed media field are for sale in many handwritings, from the finest stroke to wild scribble.
A pen drawing knows three building blocks: the stroke, the hatch and the blot. Everything else comes from how they interact. Mixed media additions such as watercolor, pastel or paper layers tint the sheets. With a reed pen the lines look rough, with a steel nib fine, with a brush fluid.

Handwritings at a glance
If you like to browse, sort by style: graphic and illustrative, surreal, expressive and gestural or symbolic. You can also filter by price, for example under 500 euro. A sheet belongs behind glass with a mat. Check paper, signature and dimensions in the description before you order the frame.
Series or single sheet
If a sheet comes from a series, the description says so. Series works can hang side by side and then read like a sentence. Single sheets can stand alone and need only a clear frame.
