About the Artwork
This piece is part of my series “The Power of Silence” – a continuation of my voice in visual form.
While I once worked with stronger, more vibrant colors, I now feel drawn to a reduced, calm palette. The structure has become the central element – the dialogue between light, shadow, and material.
The white folds on the canvas remind me of a breath between words – like gentle waves pausing to give space to silence. Lines, elevations, and reflections of light invite the viewer to slow down, linger, and encounter themselves within the painting.
With this work, I wish to express that inner strength can also appear softly – that presence doesn’t need to be loud to be meaningful. Because it is in silence that everything begins.
