Line with a punch line
Comics and printmaking are old allies: both live on outline, flat area, and punch line. Anyone who wants to buy comic prints for sale finds sheets that tell stories without needing many words.
Comic style means clear outlines, flat colors, a perspective that stresses the moment. In print these traits gain body: silkscreen brings rich tones, giclée fine hatching, lithography soft grain. Even a single drawing can thereby carry the tone and humor of a whole story.

Playing with space
Comic sheets loosen up rooms where too much seriousness reigns. They fit kitchens, stairwells, studies. Several prints from a series quickly form a story along the wall. A black frame gives them weight, a colorful border stresses the fun.
Notes on the output
Many comic motifs appear as giclée on paper. Then check edition, signature, and certificate especially, to tell an original from a poster. For starting out, sheets under 500 euro are an obvious choice.
