Trembling in the light
Impressionism and charcoal understand each other: both prefer light trembling on things over drawing things. Impressionist charcoal photographs are for sale for anyone who wants pictures that look like drawings.

Care and space
Charcoal work needs distance from the glass and a dry wall. Do not hang it opposite a window that lets in a lot of sun. Let the sheet be touched only with clean hands, ideally at the edges.
Comparing
You will find larger sheets in the 1,000 to 2,000 euro tier, color nuances in color work. Ask about fixation, paper and signature, and whether the work is a one-of-a-kind piece. If you are unsure whether such a sheet suits your room, it helps to think of the atmosphere of a sketchbook: calm, handmade, not smoothed to a finish. Whoever likes that is in the right place.
