Because of its lively structure, the work needs a calm environment: a white wall, little furniture, a plain frame. Then the movement in the picture can show its full effect. If you prefer a busier look, set it beside one or two quiet black and white sheets.
Getting information
Read up on how the image came about, and watch for edition and signature. With reworked photographs the edition detail is especially helpful, because it shows whether several prints share the same form.
