Severity without color
Graphic design in black and white is photography in its purest form: lines, shadows, planes. You can find graphic black and white photos under 500 euro for sale here, for walls that can take order.
When color is missing, structure steps forward: a fence as a grid, a shadow as a diagonal, a lettering as the center of the picture. Good prints keep the contrast clean without grays blurring. Small formats therefore feel almost like graphic prints.

A case for frames
A plain black or white frame emphasizes the severity. Several pictures of equal size and with equal gaps strengthen the rhythm. A light background in white or pale gray adds calm.
For comparing
Note paper type, size and numbering of the prints. That makes it easy to judge how works with a similar visual language differ from one another. If you already own one or two black and white pictures, this motif can be added as a third position. Watch for uniform paper tones so the whites do not drift apart side by side. That applies above all to series.
