Drawing meets color field
Working graphically and illustratively in mixed media means putting pen, paint and lettering on paper as equals. Paintings like these on paper are for sale here, where line and typography carry the picture.
A pencil grid lies beneath acrylic, ink letters dance above it, and a label is stuck beside them. The sheet reads like a page from a sketchbook that has become a composition. Repeated shapes give the whole a beat.

Hanging and framing
Lightly framed sheets feel like posters, darkly framed ones like illustrations. Both effects are possible depending on the wall. With mixed techniques, about half an inch between picture and glass is worth it, so nothing sticks.
Keep the technique in view
Waterproof inks are stable, pencil can smudge. Ask whether the sheet was fixed. If labels or tape sit in the picture, also ask about the adhesive used and how it ages.
