A city wall in sheet format
Mixed media in the Urban and Pop style layers spray, markers, poster scraps and acrylic into dense sheets. Paintings like these on paper are for sale here, works that feel like city walls in miniature and are still composed.
Torn posters, stencils, handwritten tags and color gradients lie on top of each other. Where layers are scraped off, what lies beneath comes through, just as on real walls. Paper reproduces this surface well because it takes reliefs and cracks. Notes, tickets or stickers may also sit in the sheet and tell of everyday city life.

Finding a wall for it
Such sheets carry energy into a hallway, kitchen or office. A white shadow-gap frame allows depth, a black frame tames the chaos. A sheet works best when it does not compete with shelves or posters.
Checks before buying
Ask which paints and adhesives are involved. Spray lacquer and poster paper react differently to sun. UV glass and some air between sheet and pane protect against foxing and imprints.
