Order with a signature
Geometry knows triangles, grids, arcs and stripes and builds from them a picture that needs no subject. Geometric mixed media works with oil pastel are for sale here for readers who like order that does not feel cold.
Even with a ruler, oil pastel stays a little soft. Edges tremble slightly, and colors overlap with a faint shimmer. That makes geometry look human and approachable here, closer to Bauhaus studies than to construction drawings. Unlike painting with a brush, chalk shows the movement of the whole hand. Even a straight line has direction, pressure and a tiny hesitation at the start, and that is exactly what makes geometry so appealing here.

Group and vary
Series of geometric sheets can be arranged into wall pieces: the same layout three times in different colors, or a sequence of growing forms. More on color and bands appears under painting and on the 500 to 1,000 euro page.
