Trace in the sheet
Scratching, scraping, painting over: gestural art on metal knows many ways to leave a trace. Expressive mixed media with metal is for sale if you want a work that joins movement and hardness.
On metal every action stays visible. A tool leaves a groove, a brushstroke gleams like lacquer, a drop of acid eats in as a matte zone. Artists layer speed, chance and material until an energetic surface appears that throws light back in streaks.

Room for force
Such pictures need a calm wall where they can stand as the center. A pale background strengthens the gestures, a dark wall makes the metal glow. Plan the hanging by weight and ask whether hooks, rails or a frame come with it.
Compare and narrow
To compare prices, look at 1,000 to 2,000 euro, to choose a technique, at Painting. Clean the surface only with a dry cloth. Do not touch open metal with bare fingers, since skin oil leaves marks.
