Think about mounting
Because metal parts are heavy, construction matters. Ask about weight, about screwed or glued elements and about the back. A robust hanging system keeps a heavy frame from tearing out of the wall.
Light and care
Soft light from one direction shows reliefs and marks. Too much direct light makes metal look hard. A dry cloth is enough for care, solvent cleaners are off limits. Cool, dry rooms protect edges and paint layers from aging.
