Originals in this selection, Abstract, Material Acrylic, under 500 euro.
Color, surface, movement
No subject, but a stance: abstract acrylic works live on color, surface and movement. Abstract mixed media works with acrylic are for sale in this price band for readers who want to hang a first original with little fuss.
Abstract mixed technique combines brushstroke, palette knife, paper scraps and chalk into a surface you explore. There is no right or wrong in the reading, only effect: calm, loud, warm or cool. Acrylic holds everything together and dries matte.

Starting out with feeling
In this price class the choice is wide, and small to mid-size sheets are usual. Buy what still draws you in after looking several times. A mat in neutral white helps calm the colors.
Before buying
Ask about the support, the size without the frame and whether the work is varnished. That makes care and framing easier. With abstract work it helps to view the photo upside down. If the picture still holds tension, the composition is sound. Note your favorite spot and check whether it is clearly visible in the photo of the listing.
