Little size, much material
A found piece in a picture can be a memory, a joke or a riddle, even on a small budget. You can find mixed media with found objects for sale under 500 euro if you value originals with a personal touch and manageable size.
Under 500 euro, originals often include smaller and medium formats, works on paper or wood and young positions. Found objects suit that well, since even a single piece carries a lot of statement. Typical found pieces include buttons, keys, scraps of fabric, metal parts or bits of wood that are glued or sewn into the picture. Even a single part gives the work a personal touch and makes it distinct.

Style paths
Painted works with found pieces are under painting, reduced ones under Modern. Both can be combined with the price limit and offer surprisingly many ways into originals.
What to look at
Loose parts, sharp edges and rust are typical stumbling blocks. Ask whether the object is firmly glued or sewn and whether the surface was sealed. Side-view photos show how far it stands off the ground.
