I love cats and I love painting cats too. Black cats are my favourite of all. My own cats surprise me every day with the funny things they do and the funny places they hide. I’ve called this painting ‘Cat in a Basket’ and I love his big wide eyes :-)
This painting has been produced using artist grade oil paint on canvas board. A coat of professional grade art varnish has been applied to optimise the colour and protect the painting from dust, UV light and other environmental factors. The painting is provided in a handmade wooden frame which is painted white and fitted with picture wire, ready to hang. The painting is signed on the front and will be shipped with the Certificate of Authenticity.
The painting measures 16 x 12 inches (40.64 x 30.48 cm).
