The Narva series was inspired by the fascinating atmosphere of a sunset over the sea that I experienced during a stay in Narva, Estonia. The intense orange and yellow tones that combine with the dark cloud structures reflect the contrasts between tranquillity and drama. For me, this scene embodies the powerful beauty of nature and the constant change between light and shadow.
